Every place is visited in person during a normal working week. The report is public, and the score is not editable by the venue.
A reviewer spends a full day on site, unannounced, doing real calls and real deep work.

That is the case venues make to us, and it is the case we intend to test. The audit takes one working day, the report goes to you first, and the badge is valid for twelve months. We will publish occupancy effects once we have a year of them — not before.
